As a distributor of new tools and equipment, it is our policy to pass through the product warranty and service directly to the end user as outlined by the manufacturer. If a manufacturer's product fails under warranty, the end user must contact the manufacturer for service. Your invoice will serve as proof of purchase for warranty service.
If a manufacturer's product fails outside of the warranty period it is the end user's responsibility to work directly with the manufacturer for service and repair.
